All text accuracy on printed designs remains the responsibility of the client. Whilst we do check through proofs, LoveLi cannot accept any responsibility for proof-reading and the checking of spelling, punctuation etc. Any mistakes that go to print once the final proof has been signed off by you the client are not eligible for refunds.

USAGE POLICY & COPYRIGHT

The entire content that you will see on the LoveLi website or in any promotional material are owned wholly by LoveLi with the exception of Inspiration boards where credit to the images is accessed via Pinterest. We reserve complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content you download, reproduce, print, redistribute or store from the LoveLi website.

MINIMUM ORDER

Certain items on the website are subject to minimum order requirements for personalisation, these include invitations, save the dates, RSVPs, further details cards, menus, placecards etc. For these items a minimum of x20 pieces are required. Orders for less will be contacted and/or then sent a non-personalised sample.

PAYMENT

LoveLi accept online payment in a secure environment for credit and debit cards and also the option of PayPal. To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary. All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling.

50% total order deposit value is required at time of order booking for bespoke orders. Work will not commence in the studio until such time.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated on the product description, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. For products that are made to order or personalised, please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch. Shipping will be to the address you provide during the checkout process.  Please be sure there is enough time for delivery if you need a custom order delivering for a particular date. We carefully package your parcel to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with an item you have received, please get in touch to discuss the issue or fault and we will do our best to make it right for you. Returns must be made within 14 days of being delivered and returns will only be accepted on products that are undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised products are non-returnable.

We can also not offer refunds for:
– Unclaimed or undelivered envelope/packages.
– Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct before you order an item)
– Refused packages

PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

All photographs and descriptions are portrayed as accurately as possible, although slight variations can occur, for example colours and patterns may vary slightly in colour. Colours you see on your screen may vary depending on your computer screen settings and printed items will appear different to colours viewed on a computer monitor.

THIRD PARTIES

We may provide on occasion links to third parties on our website. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites.

PRIVACY POLICY

LoveLi endeavours to ensure that personal information and credit card details remain completely private and secure. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act where required and the information that we gather from you when you place an order on our website will only be used to fulfil that order and improve our service to you.

Financial information provided by you in connection with your purchase such as card details used in payments is not stored once the transaction has been completed, and the payment process is handled entirely by our secure payment gateway. We will never sell or pass on your e-mail address or any personal details to any third party without your explicit permission or when required to by UK law. We treat customer confidentiality as our upmost priority.

We use cookies on this site to anonymously track visitor behaviour and compile visitor statistics, though these cannot be used to identify any individual.
