We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. However, during peak buying seasons this may vary slightly but you will be advised accordingly if we pre-empt a processing delay.
Shipping will be to the address you provide during the checkout process. Please check that this address is correct and that you have given a full postcode etc as LoveLi cannot be liable for lost packages where an incomplete address has been submitted.
Please be sure there is enough time for delivery, especially if you need a custom order delivering for a particular date.
It is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to your order at customs.
Once your order has successfully been dispatched from LoveLi HQ you will receive an email notification to advise you of this. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination.
We do everything in our power to ensure delivery times advised are met. However, occasionally transit times will be affected by factors beyond the control of LoveLi and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Drop Shipped Items
Some of our products are dropshipped, which means there can be an additional processing time of around 2-5 working days. These are then dispatched separately from other items which may be ordered. Drop shipped items currently include: tote bags and mugs.
LoveLi unframed art prints are are carefully packaged within a protective cellophane sleeve against card backing board, so that the print is well presented and will arrive ready for you to gift or frame. Your print will be shipped in a stiff board backed envelope. A3 and A2 unframed art prints are rolled and carefully packaged in a tough card poster tube to ensure that your print reaches you in top condition.
Framed art prints are posted at the buyers own risk. All our framed art prints are wrapped well in quality bubblewrap and card wrap packaging to ensure their safe delivery, with clear 'fragile' labelling. Despite this from time to time Mr Postman can be a bit careless but we do out utmost to ensure your print arrives in pristine condition - we are ultimately not liable for any breakages once the parcel is in transit.
Cards and other giftware are packaged in cellophane bags to protect them in transit.
All our cello bags are biodegradable and recyclable.
For products that are made to order or personalised, please allow up to 12 working days for dispatch.
If you are unhappy with an item you have received, please get in touch to discuss the issue or fault and we will do our best to make it right for you. Returns must be made within 14 days of being delivered and returns will only be accepted on products that are undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised products are non-returnable.
All text accuracy on customised printed designs remains the responsibility of the buyer. Whilst we do check through proofs, LoveLi cannot accept any responsibility for proof-reading and the checking of spelling, punctuation etc. Any mistakes that go to print once the final PDF proof has been signed off by you the buyer are not eligible for refunds.
We can also not offer refunds for:
– Unclaimed or undelivered envelope/packages.
– Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct before you order an item)
– Refused packages
– Personalised/bespoke items

Even though our transit times are as accurate as possible, there may be occasions when factors out of our control cause a delay. We therefore ask if you can allow up to 21 working days before we can issue replacements or refund a missing order.
